It has an inspiring culture where people are truly passionate about building an amazing service and work hard to make a difference in people's lives. What sets REX apart is it is a fast paced startup yet a close knit family culture where everybody elevates each other and genuinely care about helping people get into their dream home and do better in the world.
Cons
REX is not a 'tech company' or typical sales organization. Buying a home is an extremely emotional process and the most important transaction in a person's life. It's a difficult balance between delivering happiness and building technology with startup level resources. During the initial stages of the company, engineering had to sacrifice to ensure strong customer experience. But now REX has a loyal customer base, lots of funding and has to rise up to the challenge of building the technology to scale and disrupt.
