Wonderful opportunity to grow your career! Great teammates and Management. Like any other company out there, there were, are, and will, be bumps in the road. Especially with a company that is going against the grain and is not even 6 years old. Yes, REX is making a pivot right now, but with all the new talent coming in and a re-focused, solid game plan moving forward, this is the best opportunity to be part of something bigger and really grow your career leaps and bounds! Great company that I highly recommend!

No Cons. You get what you sign up for. It's a company with a lineup of some heavy hitting investors and a CEO that is in the front lines battling in the trenches with you. If you do not work hard, no need to apply.
