Terrible management , the CEO is a joke. Over inflated sense of ego , horrible “fast fast fast” mantra, and now he bailed out on showing up right before the second round of mass layoffs for the year (quarter of staff are gone and closed off a bunch of markets). If they focused on running this business, being realistic, and not suing everyone maybe it could have survived. Very unstable company. Even many managers and other employees are jumping this sinking ship. Never saw a bigger waste of money or experienced this kind of company culture in my whole career. Avoid.

The company mission seems noble, but once you are on the inside, you learn there is no genuine sense of care for the employees or consumers. Essentially the philosophy is get the next deal at all costs. Value proposition is not novel, despite that being the “core competency”. They would constantly say “we are the only company that does this” and it was blatantly untrue. I was encouraged to lie to customers. Extremely bureaucratic. Very “yes man” culture. High turnover, including management/executive level.
