      Fantastic opportunity to grow your career through the vast array of projects being built, and products that REX is creating. Hard work was recognized both through promotion and annual bonuses. Managers within my team were solid leaders who communicated in a clear and transparent manner, and supported my career aspirations. REX is a team of wonderful, hardworking people - this plus the company social missions are a huge part of what makes it easy to come to work very day.

      Cons

      no 401k matching yet, and high premium on health benefits can throw off your expected compensation. there are some growing pains as the company moves from start-up to mid-size.
