Thank you for your feedback. In the manufacturing environment, there can be unplanned downtime that can affect production. It is important to REHAU that the issue is corrected quickly and properly. With these unexpected situations from time to time, we do our best to get back on schedule and ensure we fulfill our customers’ orders on time. This may lead to asking for extra help from our current employees for a temporary period of time. It takes a team to get the job done and we appreciate all our team members’ hard work especially in those times of unexpected circumstances because we could not be successful without their support!

Nice and supportive colleagues, pay is fine and office is at convenient location

Cons

Pushy management,Feels more of a school. Employees are not appraised as per their Efforts. Too many rules. Suggestions are not accepted and managers never accept their mistake

Excellent benefits, good work environment, great co-workers. Team work is encouraged. A clean and safe work environment. Good wages, well above minimum wage.

Cons

Some who have been here since the plant was built or close to it feel like Rehau is lacking in opportunity. To those I would say: You will not find a better benefit package in this area.
