      I really try hard to say something nice if I have negative things to say, but I am struggling to come up with something positive.. Maybe the location - Leesburg, VA.

      Cons

      You only get promoted or treated fairly if you are of German descent or a male, have been told from more than 2 employees the way to survive at REHAU is to "keep your head down, you either sink or swim here." There is no work/life balance, you can give your blood, sweat, and tears and it goes unnoticed and appreciated...They hate teleworking because they don't trust their employees.
