      Best compensation plan and most fair. Tends to be more experienced agents in the office, higher productivity per agent. Very impressed with the Re/max brokers who manage the offices

      Cons

      Some training but not as much as companies who heavily recruit newer agents

      I was paid money sometimes. Money is good.

      Cons

      Barely paid anything. Racism/sexism/every other kind of prejudice ran rampant. Too many terrible things to list here.
