      Pros

      Being self employed is great. I do not have a manager telling me what to do and what little changes to make.

      Cons

      Working for no pay when deals do not get done is very disappointing. It makes it difficult when you use your own time, money, and efforts for no compensation. $415 per month fee + 5% of my commissions.

      i COULD NOT PUT IN JUST RE/MAX OF BOULDER. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND MY REVIEW IS FOR RE/MAX OF BOULDER WHICH IS RELATED TO PG RENTALS AT RE/MAX OF BOULDER. The pay was decent and hours were standard. Free parking in a garage was offered. The organization was very supportive of community events.

      Cons

      Although forms and standards were in place, to many exceptions to the rules were made. Employees were very immature and constantly were talking about one another behind their backs and wasted the day away to do so. When the boss was away the employees would talk at length about whether or not they would get into trouble if they left early.
