      Pros

      Amazing benefits and Flex Fridays for most departments. I've never encountered a person who was in a bad mood at Headquarters--the most friendly work place I've ever been at.

      Cons

      The pay gap is rather large between the different levels of employees--understandable to have some difference, but not so much. Not the most ideal pay for industry standards, but livable.
