      Pros

      Commission only job but you get what you put into your work. Split varies brokerage to brokerage but Remax does take extra fees on top. Easy to say you are a Remax agent with a reputable name. Leads can vary season to season but steady income is not hard to come by with a full time

      Cons

      Split can really cut into commissions, many times of no sales but you get what you put into the job. Commission only is not for everyone but there really is no limit to earning capacity.

      Was a great office an atmosphere and was always busy doing some work. Really invested in interns

      Sometimes management was not very focused and changed the times projects or tasks were due. Was very laid back
