      Pros

      The perks are great. Great office environment. Great people to work with that are willing to help you grow, work hard, and have fun!

      Cons

      Make sure you negotiate your salary if you are looking to work here. They will try to get the lowest salary they can. I made the mistake of taking the first offer and it left a bad taste in my mouth the whole time I worked there when I found out (from my manager) that I left money on the table. On the bright side it was a learning experience and I won't let that happen again but I left before a year of employment because of it.

      no training, office meeting are just personal chatter for the most part. No encouragement.
