      Good company to work for. Pay was good, benefits were great. Plenty of vacation days and most employees were allowed to work remotely.

      Senior management made some odd choices.

      Remax provides lots of training to help you get your business off the ground. An involved broker/owner helps.

      Other agents. There are agents that don't mind answering a question and helping you out. Then there are others who act like hot shots and can't be bothered.
