Pros

It's a good brokerage to work for. The company has a large property management division. This offers additional income to its agents doing rental showings. The broker is extremely accommodating answering any questions or concerns that you may have concerning a real estate transaction .

Cons

There is no real formal training for new agents . This makes it difficult for an agent who have just secured the real estate license.

Pros

Awesome work experience, amazing company to be employed with! I enjoyed communicating with over 50 agents a week, very friendly environment.

Cons

I can't think of any cons, I was really busy most of the time, but that's what you get for working with over 50 agents within one workplace. Great experience!
