Pros

--- Read the reviews carefully! The majority of reviews are from brokers, agents, realtors, etc., from various locations, and are not representative of the actual company headquartered in Denver, CO. The way the company works, these people are not employees, rather, they pay to use the company's name and resources. Surprisingly, the actual company has less than 500 employees. This review is of the world headquarters in Denver, CO. --- Nice building and location. The company has an outstanding reputation in the real estate industry. There are a lot of really nice, albeit unqualified, people. The company has a laid-back atmosphere, bordering on almost too laid-back. Despite being mismanaged, the company means well, and tries to take care of it's employees. There are a number of employee appreciation events and neat perks as an employee.

Cons

Despite IPO, the company is still run like a small private company. Cronyism runs rampant!!! Beware! Too many attractive young people, who were obviously not hired based on qualifications. Shockingly unqualified people from top to bottom. This kind of environment could only exist at a real estate company. Antiquated technologies, systems, and processes. Poorly managed IT department that is stuck in the 90's. Management and HR is oblivious and neglectful. Pay is below industry standards. Overall, the company has a tacky sales feel. Coming from Fortune 500 companies, I can honestly say, this company is a joke. If you are seeking employment, look elsewhere.

Pros

Solid company, probably not closing doors anytime soon

Cons

No way to move up easily. Minimal positions available. Keep in mind I did not work at their main office. I was based in Oregon
