      Pros

      Lots of agents with over 15 years of experience to ask for answers or help. Good culture. Commission split is good ***if***your production is good.

      Cons

      No real useful training for newbies. Expensive if you're just getting started.

      Pros

      Each office is independently owned, but my office was great and had great people who were willing to help when I was new. The agents help each other out and are all very friendly.

      Cons

      Not many downsides because it is what you make it. Not as much freedom for marketing as everything has to look the same.
