Pros

Start and finish at home, no commute. Lone working. Making a difference to someone’s day. Hero culture. Great overtime, OTE more than achievable. Occasional extended rest day periods 4+ days without holiday.

Good benefits! Flexible working hours! Great colleagues! Good support when required! Excellent training. Lovely office. Good parking and easy access. Orange hero awards (everyone wants to go!) Decent pay rates and bonuses plus overtime.

Cons

Not enough part time progression great if full time!
