Money if you don’t have a life.

Cons

Rude management, constantly harressed over figures you can’t control, no work/life balance, badly planned, generally bad to work for.

Pros

Reasonable Salary, no real commute

Cons

Company ran by people with little to no mechanical background, coming from retail. Do not actually offer the service advertised on tv, website and marketing. Constant bullying to sell or refer.. Report big profits then insult staff come pay negotiations whilst senior management more than likely rub their hands together taking bonuses. No moral or ethical standards left in the management of this company. Roadside patrols blamed for everything that goes wrong and generally treated like dirt. Especially during Covid-19

Pros

You will get free breakdown cover.

Cons

Management are terrible and the majority manage by fear and micromanagement is the norm. The company has lost it's sense of caring for their employees. It tries to present a culture where certain values are important. None of the values are anything to do with how the business operates and are there to protect the useless, ego driven management that claim to be leaders. The company regularly coerced their permanent employees to signing contracts to reduce their salary justifying it by offering higher commission strategies. Nobody knew what their salary would be from one year to the next. The company doesn't care for it's staff and the eo called management that run it won't hesitate to say you are replaceable. Most people end up suffering from anxiety or depression and are managed out of the business through their unforgiving absence management system. You need to be a member of the Union otherwise the company walks all over you and will only back off once you involve the union. What does that tell you?
