The business can at times be very reactive (due to nature of breakdown work) and workload can change suddenly. Below inflation / minimal pay rise for several years

From the moment I started at the RAC I felt very welcomed and taken care of, all my responsibilities were explained to me clearly and I always felt like I had support. An added bonus that the salary is good and there's a flexible work life balance.

Cons

None that I can think of.
