The work environment is genuinely supportive and collaborative. My team is full of talented, respectful, and fun individuals who make even the busiest days enjoyable. Management is approachable, and there's a strong sense of camaraderie throughout the company. Cons

While the day-to-day experience is positive, career advancement opportunities feel a bit limited. There’s room for improvement in providing clearer pathways for growth and more structured development plans for employees looking to move up or expand their roles.

Pros

Fast paced work environment with varying work, but a manageable workload. Supportive management who take the time to ensure you understand the business and the tasks you've been assigned. Friendly staff and working environment. Great work-life balance with proper hybrid working between office and home.

Cons

Nothing major, just the pension scheme uses qualifying earnings as the contribution basis meaning your employer contributions are effectively capped if you earn above this rate.
