Pros

Everyone is encouraged to contribute towards the ongoing success of the business, The executive team and CEO are accessible and engaging. Unlike most big organisations I have worked for, there does not seem to be any bureaucracy or politics at play. Everyone is clear what their roles/responsibilities are and are empowered to make a difference rather than getting blocked off by red tape or hierarchy.

Cons

As we're a fast-paced organisation there is a lot of change and shifting priorities which most people are comfortable with but it isn't for everyone.
