This is a genuinely high‑performing business where people are trusted to get on with the job and make things happen. The pace is fast, expectations are clear, and there’s very little bureaucracy — which means you can see the impact of your work almost immediately. Leadership is direct and candid, including at the most senior levels. You always know where you stand, and conversations are honest rather than sugar‑coated. That style won’t suit everyone, but if you value transparency and clear accountability, it’s refreshing and motivating. The level of autonomy is a huge plus.
