Apprentice Patrol

Really good mentors Really good college Really good experience in diagnosing vehicles

Cons

First year pay but understandable as it is an apprenticeship Don't get taught how to actually fix vehicles due to SMR being prominent but at least the diagnosing will be really good.

Those foundations are a key part of the programme and set apprentices up well for the future. We also appreciate your balanced and honest feedback. Apprenticeship pay in the first year reflects the learning focus of the role, and while our SMR model means repair work can be limited, the diagnostic experience you’re gaining is invaluable as you progress.
