There is so much to be said about recognition in the workplace, and RAC has been absolute top when it comes to this. It's always so lovely when your colleagues shout about your wins, and it's so nice for these to be rewarded through #OrangeHero awards. It's a lovely feeling to be in a place that is so supportive of your growth and where everyone is cheering you on!
