Nice ‘on the ground staff’ Onsite Canteen Good Benefits Free Parking Visiting stall holders (cakes, perfumes ext)

Cons

Toxic environment coming from the top down. Some line managers bully their staff and threaten other staff members into silence and compliance with their bullying. You only need to look at the turn over in the people team to see how toxic this place is - upwards of 26 in 2 years!
