      Pros

      Learning how to do Sales in a FCA regulated company is extremely rewarding. You don’t lie or mislead customers and make sure all there demands and needs have been met and there is complete satisfaction on there policy on a non advisory basis. Learning how to sell like this and excelling at it gives extreme job satisfaction aswell as giving you important skills for how to sell in any role you may ever go into. If you have the tenacity and the track record, you will be rewarded by consistent monthly bonuses and opportunities to progress.

      Cons

      Quite a high staff turnover, they are after exceptional service and exceptional standards. Prospect sales and retention agents without a strong disposition and a experienced sales record my struggle to keep up with the KPIs. I would say the RAC is more focused on getting already exceptional talent than developing inexperienced prospectful talent. Not sure if I consider it a Con more than an observation.

      Free parking and thats it

      Cons

      Its a long list: 1. Too much exploitation and bullying at work. 2. No action taken by Manager and HR even if you raise the issues 3.Only place where people just "disappear" one day and never come back after long years of service 4. Salary hikes are based on Favouritism - people of same job grade and title are paid very differently! 5. No action ever taken against Manager even after lot of complaints by employees 6. HR not interested in hearing your problems 7. You can get away by not doing anything 8. Your desks are never cleaned 9. Very dirty toilets RAC couldn't fix the toilets in 3 years so not sure how they will fix their systems
