      Pros

      -Fair Salary (particularly for an outside M25 employer) -Really fast-paced environment with lots of opportunity to learn new skills -Support from management to spend time on learning -Good performance is genuinely rewarded

      Cons

      -At times, there can be a little bit too much to do at a frenzied pace. Not a good fit if you aren't able to prioritise well. -Drive for profit / targets can sometimes lead to quite short-term thinking at the expense of long-term strategy.

      Pros

      A large variety of projects available to gain experience on. Good training programme provided via Apprenticeship.

      Cons

      Too many projects started but not completed. Trainees not provided with enough free time to complete course activities due to high workload.

      Pros

      Real sense of achievement, what you do every day can be directly felt with customers. It’s a great environment and a genuine sense of job satisfaction because you can see the difference in the actions you take. Progression opportunities are great and it’s not political, you get rewarded for your efforts.

      Cons

      It's a 24/7 business, so not for everyone
