RAC is a big UK brand and we have a committed team who are passionate about the brand and making a difference to customers. Amazing people - great set of employees who are fun to work with and a can-do attitude. As a business it is a dynamic and ambitious environment with lots of opportunity to move around different areas of the business, challenge yourself and learn new skills and new sectors.

Cons

Office locations do not lend themselves to spontaneous team socials. It does happen, we just have to be organised!

Really driven, clear and ambitious Exco that lead by example. A good example of a company that drive pace, ambition, leadership, development etc. Flexible working policy and various locations as well.

Cons

Not for those who like coasting - RAC run pretty lean and the expectation on everyone is high.
