Flexible, Supportive, Family Orientated & Progressing. Incredibly proud to work for this company and witness the effort of so many wonderful, intelligent human beings, who are so desperate to do a good job and provide excellent customer service. My role/s throughout the business have contributed to my own growth and development, professionally as well as personally.

Cons

None to mention. May not always get everything right, but feedback is valued and you can found yourself heard, irrespective of colleague you are speaking with, this including senior colleagues.

Job security, Small friendly team, everybody is approachable and willing to give advice. Training and coaching is very good and regular.

Cons

As a whole i don't think RAC is very flexible to colleagues.
