Like an Orange family where everyone leans in, gets stuff done and without all the political rubbish you get in a big corporate. Genuine opportunities to grow career with lots of opportunity to interact with SLT and Exec.

Cons

Fast paced isn’t for everyone!

Appreciated within team. Feedback supportive and uplifting. Work is a team effort not a pointing fingers if something doesn’t go the right way. Friendly family feel within the company. Found no toxicity at all. Manager genuinely cares about work life balance and you as an individual. Very diverse Work is varied and keeps you busy and part of bringing the company onwards and up.
