Where do I begin - Staff treated less than dogs Severely underpaid, yet expects quality work No work/life balance Favoritism, favoritism, favoritism Racist Blatant inequality displayed Highly segregated Bonuses are a JOKE Benefits pretty much nonexistent Poorly maintained office EXTREMELY unclear and outdated procedures Cheap hires = high turnover Incompetent, lazy staff and management Absolutely no structure whatsoever TOO MANY, RUN!

Pros

Pay was decent, but not as high as other firms in the area. No dress code allows you to wear whatever you want everyday. Most of the support staff were nice and I had the opportunity to work with some pleasant attorneys. Learned some valuable skills. Looks great on a resume.

Cons

This place is a revolving door for a reason. You are treated as an expendable tool from the moment you're hired to the moment you leave. The firm advertises that they don't operate within a hierarchy when they absolutely do, and if you're part of the support staff you're at the very bottom. End of the year bonuses for supports are abysmal unless you have an attorney who fights for you. The CEO is unfriendly and will sometimes send questionable emails. Unless you really want big law on your resume, you're better off looking elsewhere.

Cons

HR is a complete puppet whose previous job was managing a food service truck. Dept Managers are weak and do not protect their team members. Managers will throw you under the bus any chance they get. Don’t be fooled by the 3 bonuses they try to lure you in with, $300 twice a year if your lucky. The firm is gross, dirty, and in poor condition. Water bugs will be your only allies at this firm. Legal secretaries have zero to no training whatsoever.
