Good entry level, but unmarketable, experience.

Cons

In light of falling stock prices, this acquisition is adjusting with the short-term tactic of "trimming the fat" of the department. This includes micromanagement, blaming techs for issues arising from poor infrastructure, and doing everything possible to keep their jobs at the expense of the entry level positions.
