      Facility knowing u help other people.

      Cons

      Long hours, standing on feet, and quest doesn't seem to care about employees. Dont feel appreciated and tired.

      Relatively good benefits, difficult to get fired.

      Toxic workplace, unhelpful management, no HR on-site, working with dangerous chemicals all day, very boring and repetitive work.
