the company does not reward its employees, many are underpaid than their counterpart in other labs. Its medical dental insurance is way below average - very poor morale among employees. no advancement oppurtunities and the merit raises are disgusting and insult to the human being. Many people languish in the same position for years and are never offered advancement. When you apply for internal transfer, they dont even bother calling back or even acknowledge that they have recieved your transfer application

Management is poorly trained in people skills, managers have not knowledge of what the front line workers do, and there for are always lost for the answer to any question
