Pros

I like the people I work with, we're the ones that are actually doing the work. TOP time and blueprint for wellness.

Cons

Human resources has a couple coniving people that play GOD with employees lives. They have their favorites and since they are the keeper of secrets they can make a decision about your pay or getting a position without you knowing there was a complaint, they don't have to disclose if nothing can be proved, but word gets around from all the nasty gossip and rumors.

MedPlus is a pretty good employer in some of it departments.

Pros

Medplus is fairly flexible. There is a Work from Home policy in various departments. They have good insurance. Most of their employees are skilled and competent.

Cons

The IT (Tech Services) department has an extremely low moral. Development does not care about the product after it is out of their hands. There is some serious fat in QA even though most of the staff is good. Management needs some serious classes in decision making.

Pros

Quest gives great health benefits and loads of time off compared to other companies. Recently they have cut back on vacation days and have a strict new attendance policy, however. The people here are great and there are a lot of events and seminrs.

Cons

Low pay even though it's competitive with similar companies. Small room for advancement up but lots of opportunity for lateral transfer.
