Global expansion is happening in India, the UK, Brazil and Mexico. Quest Diagnostics serves many physician practices and hospitals in the country.

Cons

Squeezing the life out of employees and customers. Not really listening to people anymore. Forcing inefficient practices on the organization as top level managers benefit while lower level employees struggle.

Very poor management and incompetent pathologists. The building is decrepid and very poor housecleaning in the bathrooms.
