Pros
Axioma used to be fun, creative, reputable with incredibly smart people. The new Qontigo is not that. The pay is the only thing that's not terrible.
Cons
Toxic senior management have arrived from another competitor. They use bully tactics and are aggressive. Some terminations have been very dubious. Goals are completely unrealistic too. The best people have already left and lots are looking elsewhere. There are much better places in fintech to work. Qontigo's products are either old legacy or still very much under development.
