      The only thing that could be better is the salary in Argentina, is ok because have good adjustments during the year (at least 3 salary increases per year), but is not competitive taking in account a lot the inflation issues and the dollar gap in Agentina.

      Very competitive. Employees want to take your work/task from your hands. Too many silos. Management does not have a clear goal. No career growth. too many promises.
