Poor technology infrastructure; lack of lean processes (some are overengineered and inefficient, some are missing entirely); top-management prone to micro-management and reluctant to ask opinion of employees on technical matters when taking decisions; definition of employees' growth path is unknown concept to the company; many young people with no experience beyond STOXX, hencelittle knowledge brought in from other businesses.
