      Company with no Ethics and Mediocre culture of kissing up for one man at the top

      the traditional Aviation benefits of discounted flights ( nothing special)

      Cons

      no ethics, toxic culture beyond imagination, you are not expected to have life, they don't consider privacy of people's life and no empowerment at any level even SVP , only one guy make all the decision .... it is company from the last century where memos signed and initialed for reviews by VPs with no decision making.... only the top guy to make decisions. A company with no respect for human rights or labor rights or any diversity.

      Bad people no good training.Micaelaugh the teacher hook the guy in the class . No allowed to go to the bathroom too much interruptions in the class no good management harresement and medieval mind.Hr is really miserable and raise voice

      1. One pro about working here is the tickets benefits the employee gets hence can travel the world in low cost. 2. Company is growing so internally as well lot of opportunities. 3. The working hours also are relaxing.

      Cons

      1.Few departments like IT once do not offer promotions that often hence stagnant growth 2. Not a good culture for females as they are paid less and no growth opportunity at any case.
