Company with no Ethics and Mediocre culture of kissing up for one man at the top - Head of Department Qatar Airways Employee Review

no ethics, toxic culture beyond imagination, you are not expected to have life, they don't consider privacy of people's life and no empowerment at any level even SVP , only one guy make all the decision .... it is company from the last century where memos signed and initialed for reviews by VPs with no decision making.... only the top guy to make decisions. A company with no respect for human rights or labor rights or any diversity.
