Pros

Ok compensation compared to the Airline Industry. You can work there forever if you want, they don't fire people.

Cons

No career path, no salary increase, no emplyee reconition. Managers have no skills. The high level management treat emplyees like slaves. If you don't have the right grade (8 and above) then you are less than nothing. Not all employees are treated the same way.

Pros

Health benefits are good but the reclycle people so much that before you get flying benefits they will fired you for not knowing things that were never mention in training.

Cons

They want robots not humans.

None other Then the health insurance is good but you’re going to need the health insurance after they’re done with you

Toxic environment Poor Training Unethical practices Not allowed bathroom breaks Requires business attire on weekends at a call center or you’ll get sent home.
