      Fast promotion , Travel benefits, hotel benefits, housing benefits, Tax Free salary, fast growth , Excellent top managers at the highest positions

      Cons

      Favoring and hand picking employees for promotions, favoring of certain nationalities and religions, poor or zero level of trainers' knowledge(even of English) and other skills, poor and aggressive behavior of trainers , grooming officers and other low level management. Strict , military rules and no men/women relationships are allowed.

      Pros

      tickets, benefits, multi cultural environement. Opportunity to learn and improve yourself. Accomodation/transportation provided, utilties included.

      Cons

      short breaks, understaffed.Management very strict and regulations are very tight. The staff in my department were overloaded with work, frustrated and pushed to their limits. Some managers had no experinece whatsoever and were ony promoted due to their connections
