No accountability among VP and C level, only consideration is not to be terminated and to create strict policies so they can avoid making decisions. Salary is 20-40% worse than market in Doha and consideration is that if you don't like it I can find another one to take your place. Very bad career opportunities (can only be promoted every 24 month one step up disregarding your capabilities)
