it's a five stars airline company,they have a hamad international airport they will work on it for every airport operations systems like AODB , AMS , RMS , GMS , EVIDS ...etc.

Pros

Good entry training, nice building and kitchen for our disposition. Fantastic people, great team of co-workers.

Cons

Low compensationd, no real influence on roster planing (which is the only thing we care for). Very poor managment. Let say NO managment at all. The rotation of the people is insane. After a month of work I was one of the oldest workers in our language team. No possibility to grow or to get a better position. It is strictly productive area. We are numbers, classic corporate climate.
