Pros

Location - The office is right by the ocean so have a great view from office. Good team members. Ok benefits. Flexible work schedule.

Cons

Pay sucks. No growth opportunities. No clue on how to play in the market space. Mgmt constantly comparing salary with county payscale while forgetting that county employees have great benefits package.

Product has been improving Benefits, salary ok Global software solution has a lot of potential Great customer base Many long term employees really know their stuff Stability

Bean counters run amok, administrators stifling organization Software company needs to be developing more technologists HR ineffective - loves putting people in boxes Not developing younger people, no mentoring programs Middle management revolving door full of YES men mostly lacking in talent Business unit managers with no ability only watch numbers No concept of team building
