This is a relatively small company with enough attention for each employee. Any extra effort is noted and appreciated by the very top. The cooperation between teams is very good and there is hardly any political tricks.
Cons
It is an American company with the pros and cons. You are expected to work 50 hours per week and get paid 40. Do not be surprised when they ask you to work even more and at strange hours. You are also expected to be available 24x7 every day of the year. If you do not live in USA, expect meetings in the middle of the night. You can get fired on the spot if your boss does not like you, even when the customer is happy.
