Good company that could be great with a sharper focus on key competencies!

Good team environment and immediate managers past and present have mostly been decent, hard working people who lead by what they do, not just what they say.

Cons

Operational decisions sometimes take much longer to reach than expected. Better focus and allocation of resource will yield much better outcomes.

- A chance to challenge yourself on several roles and projects - Good coaching from management - A chance to work abroad (in the same region of your office)

Cons

- Salary is on par with IT consulting industry, or a bit lower - Workload may be huge. However, it is still acceptable - No so strong in standardized document, work practice
