      Pros

      The people i have encounter are extremely knowledgeable and are very passionate about what they do . Work life balance is promoted and lived but not applicable in all roles

      Cons

      The care about people. Finance and money comes first . I appreciate it is a business however people are not cared for as they should be . It is chaotic with a lack of certain policies to support colleagues in the business. Systems not in place for collation of materials even though it is a learning business. The basics seem to be missed. People team take took long to get back and sort issues. It is very slow and uncoordinated at times. Sick pay policy - I have not taken time off however if i needed to i would be at a loss especially as a single parent Inclusion inst always a priority

Our people are always our priority and we do our best to help our people to feel supported so this is dissappointing to read. It would be great to know which policies you feel we are missing - we review these frequently and for example, we have just introduced the Fertilty policy in EMEA to support our colleagues working through huge life challenges. All of our other policies are on our People Hub and we would love to know what you feel we are missing. Over the past year we have combined three businesses into one which has taken some time. Please always escalate if you need any support or feel things are taking too long.

      Poorly run from top to bottom. Lurching from one problem to another, failure of ExCo ever since MacPherson left. Desperation to sell business meant a terrible culture

      Free coffee machine and biscuits. Modern looking offices.

      Cons

      I suffered from a mental breakdown just a couple of months into the role due to the toxic atmosphere and bullying culture. Management weren't receptive to new ideas and just needed to prove ROI to the senior financial management team. The role wasn't as advertised and there was little in the way of support. I was a little sceptical about things when more people were leaving than starting when I did. It's sad that the company is run this way, valuing profit over people.
