      Pros

      Good culture (when things are going good). Decent pay and great support Good incentives Great team

      Cons

      Quick to panic - whatever you do isn't good enough Too many weekly meetings. They dont let you just get on with it. For a big company, they have no internal systems that work collaboratively with each other. Don't consult the sales teams for things that will impact them.

      Hi there, thanks so much for your feedback. This is really insightful and I'm sorry you feel that the management within your team is not motivational. We have recently launched our Management training prorgamme for all QA Managers to have a level of consistency for how we manage and lead our people. We have also recently combined three businesses into one so we continue to look at ways to align systems and processes - really would love to hear if there are any suggestions you have particularly to help this.
