      - Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, genuinely a very positive place to work - The work is super collaborative, though you play a pivotal role - Well-being, benefits and workshops/activities are second-to-none - Your individual personal development is taken seriously, by everyone on your team right to the top - Buckets of team spirit (in a supportive, safe way - not an annoying way) - The office is lush and well-connected - It doesn’t feel like an office, it feels more like a shared creative space - Everyone speaks to everyone. There’s zero hierarchy BS, everyone really is truly valued - In just four months there have been multiple promotions and role developments - Everyone celebrates everyone’s personal and professional achievements. The company values are lived daily - Great hybrid working x2 days in office, lunch is paid for x1 day a week (usually great restaurants are chosen) - The people & experience team couldn’t be more helpful, welcoming and supportive before, during and after onboarding

      Cons

      - Sometimes it’s hard to find a comfortable seat, but they’re already working on that

      Essentially a Pimp

      Pros

      Get deployed to a better company after training, who will hopefully buy you out of your contract. Low barrier to entry

      Cons

      Training was dreadful You realise very quickly how underpaid you are compared to the people at the company you are deployed to. No ongoing support.

      Toxic work environment and empty promises

      Learn what kind of place I will never work at

      Made redundant after 7 weeks because my soft skills were 3 out of 5 for 1 week. Was an excuse as they hired too many people and could not afford to keep them ----Apparently you need to reply to emails within 2 hours ----They try to have you participate in a promotional video for the company before making you redundant afterwards ----HR lady was lounging on the sofa at home when she was having a meeting with me ---- Expect you to pick up Java in less than 2 weeks ---- Can't remember one person having anything good to say about the company while I was there ---- Management can take weeks to reply to emails if they reply at all ---- A very stressful and toxic environment

      Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately, the business had to make some tough decisions last year, which led to a collective redundancy process. We maintain that we followed a fair process and that we did our best to explain our selection scoring process through our Employee Partnership group, and offer alternative roles where possible.
